My name is Mathew Roderick (MBACP) and I am a qualified counsellor, personal trainer, nutrition advisor and I am the owner of Trio Well-Being. I began my journey of helping people when I became a personal trainer over 16 years ago. I held various management positions, but it was throughout my time personal training my clients that I began to realise just how linked physical health and mental health were. I noticed improvements were not just physical but also mental. Clients were happier, more confident and overall more optimistic. This sparked my desire to help people with their mental health as well as physical health. I embarked on my counselling qualifications and have never looked back. As a result of experience, my clients and my training, I’m a firm believer that mental health, physical health and nutrition are all linked in a person’s overall well-being. That’s why I set up my business Trio Well-Being. To safely, professionally and extensively look after all the elements that contribute to well-being and to help people change their lives.
