Having spent numerous years in the automotive trade, I have extensive experience of customer service, I am well-versed in using my initiative to problem-solve under pressure and I am a strong team-player. I then joined a call handleing team, there I was able to hone mt customer service skills, I am a hardworking and committed individual who will approach any situation with conscientiousness.
