Providing sales reporting, forecasts, long range planning and data support to PCGB Executive Committee and the PCGB Field Team, as well as Porsche AG.Redeveloped the new car reporting suite from the ground up to meet end-user needs whilst constantly evolving based on new developments and feedback.UK market responsibility for KPI/composite financial reporting system, including rollout of upgrades and the leading of multiple nationwide roadshows to train Centre Accountants and management on system usage.

Key Responsibilities- Management of the PCGB mystery shop program and the UK lead for the Porsche AG mystery shop program, including procurement and preparation of seed cars and training of mystery shoppers. Followed by reporting, presentations and action planning based on the results.- Audit and management of the “Operating Guidelines” which defines the dealers’ variable margin on new vehicle registrations and payment of this margin quarterly. Responsible for the implementation and migration of the payment to an SAP interface with layers of checks and safety nets which were previously missing.- Management of the facilities standards audits through an external supplier and steering of the criteria dependant on business needs.- Quarterly long range network planning with in-depth analysis of the Porsche vehicle parc/units in operation and the network used car opportunity based on the propensity to change.- In depth network growth studies in conjunction with an external supplier to find white spots in the dealer network. Responsible then for the production of invitations to tender to prospective investors.- Manage Corporate Identity in the UK network, working with the “Brand Guardian” architect in conjunction with the Porsche AG Corporate Architecture team.- Other tasks- Supervision of the department intern and annual recruitment.- Annual credit worthiness checks on the network’s investors; analysing both the financial and non-financial health of the contracted partner and the parent company.

- I reported directly to the Financial Controller of the business which at the time generated circa £200m per year. I provided both financial and management information (regular and ad-hoc) to a number of key stakeholders, be it internal or external.Key Responsibilities- Assisted in the production of budget, forecasts and month-end reports to Porsche AG and internal management.- Weekly forecasting of vehicle registrations and financials.- Designed and rolled out a standardised forecasting tool to integrate and streamline two separate forecasts into one to allow for harmonisation of processes and data.- Created and implemented a tool for use by each dealership to record key vehicle and customer data on a daily basis and in a uniform manner resulting in faster reporting and greater availability of data.- Interpreting the Group’s monthly accounts along with other operational data and reporting into a central system, completing checks on the data and answering queries from Porsche AG.- Redesigned Sales Executives Commission Calculators and significantly reduced the amount of erroneous commission claims.
