Period in which I stepped up into a sports coordinator role. I worked mostly with the new swimming program that PCFH restarted this year. The main focus was for the growth of the sports discipline in the school which we achieved by the end of the swimming season.

o From the 25th of July until the 16th of September, I was allowed the privilege to work at Midstream College as a student educator. I worked with mostly Grade 9’s and 10’s and was able to plan topics and then execute my plans with my learners. The learners responded well to my methods and so I was able to create a learning environment in which the learners started to enjoy History as a subject. This set of practicals showed me that I can become more flexible and continue to keep growing in knowledge.

o From the 25th of April until the 14th of June, I was privileged to be able to do the first set of my Fourth-Year practicals at Sutherland High School where I was able to enjoy teaching a class of my own. My time was mostly focused on the Grade 9 curriculum but I was able to fine-tune my teaching methods and the way in which I imparted critical thinking skills to my learners. I was also involved in the Sports Department where I participated in the Physical Education and Training sector. I was also able to use my Level 1 Rugby Coaching course where I became an assistant coach for the u14 Rugby team.

I thoroughly enjoyed being an Au Pair. As an AuPair, I was expected to transport two girls from school to their various extracurriculars. I tutored both in person and online during my one year of employment and I was able to tutor all Grade 9 subjects which included Mathematics, Science, History, and English. The reason for leaving this job is that in order to complete my Bachelor in Education I had to complete 4 months of practicals and could not fully commit to both Au Paring and my studies.

After the end of Matric, I joined Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School where I worked in the classroom at Intersen Phase. Part of my program was to work as a Teacher's Assistant in Grades 2, 3, and 5. I refined what I wanted I wanted to teach and in what department which affected my career path. I had the opportunity to work in the Boarding Establishment at BCGS where I worked with the Senior and FET phase learners and supervised homework sessions and trips away on the weekend as the Boarding Establishment was a termly boarding establishment
