Actively seeking ways to improve efficiencies and turnaround times to help increase productivity and reduce NPT. • Oversee all hydraulic fracturing operations & up to 25 individuals on various well pads• Troubleshoot any issues with equipment and ensure they are remedied quickly and safely• Maintain an mindset for safety by holding daily safety meetings and stressing the importance of Job Safety Analysis’ and proper Personal Protective Equipment• Manage crew personnel time, per diem, and discipline• Watch surface tubing and fracturing pumps during stages to ensure no leaks or equipment damage• Maintain an high level of communication with all individuals on location to ensure safety and efficiency• Oversee the training of new employees
