Before co-founding Bureau One and assuming his responsibilities as the company’s COO, Mat Stouffer was the founder and CEO of Redstone Home Inspections, one of the most successful boutique property-inspection firms in the country. From 2004, and over the course of the next 16 years, he and his team would examine more than 10,000 properties valued at more than $15 billion. “I had a reputation for speaking the unvarnished truth and that can cut a lot of different ways.
