Assisting the Fleet Manager with the day to day running of our fleet of 50+ vans, keeping an eye on and booking in services, MOTS, repairs and maintenance.

Maintaining up to date records on all our subcontractors and requesting updated insurance documentation, health and safety policies and training records.

Organising and maintaining company accreditations such as CHAS, SafeContractor & ConstructionLine. Training and development plans, utilities and housekeeping. Creating bespoke health and safety files for new contracts or projects, producing RAMS and collecting contractors.

First point of contact for all insurance backed repairs through to conclusion.

My role within Crawford & Company was to manage subsidence claims up to the value of £50,000 and to conclude all matters as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
