I am a current DHL Supply Chain Finance Graduate, with my third year placement acting as a Financial Planning & Analysis specialist within the Retail and Consumer & Convenience business unit. During my second year placement I performed the role as an Assistant Finance Manager completing forecasting/planning, invoicing, debt, budgeting and month end accounting within Life Sciences Logistics. During my first year placement I was part of the central finance team, involved in tasks such as month end accounting, communication and engagement with a wide range of finance stakeholders, central financial planning and analysis support, and project support across the UK&I. I am passionate about making a difference to our extensive customer base, and it is important to me to be a part of a global leader in logistics, in which every colleague plays a vital role. I enjoy engaging with people, forming professional, and long-lasting relationships.Previous to work I graduated with Distinction from a Master's degree in International Finance and Political Relations, completing courses in Corporate Finance, Portfolio Analysis, Financial Markets, International Political Economy, and Globalisation. Outside of work, I have a passion for travel, cultures, and language learning. The enjoyment I feel when conversing in a foreign language with people throughout the world spurs me on to learn more and more, connecting with a diverse range of people.
