During my time with Tech Data I was responsible for building and managing Federal accounts and Major Accounts in Canada. Selling the latest technologies and solutions (Servers, NB, Desktops, software etc…) within my first year at Tech Data I earned three sales Awards.

My role with CDW Canada was to find new business while managing my account portfolio. Learning new technology on a daily basis. Achieving sales targets and building my account portfolio through research and cold calling. Selling IT solutions to small and medium businesses across Canada. Helping co-works with various issues by supporting them with knowledge learned with time.

Responsible for providing Customer Service for National Account customers across Canada, and high level inter-company support for multiple Canadian district offices. -Assisted the National Sales Manager in the preparation of client proposals, including the collection and compilation of pertinent information from district offices across Canada. -Resolved customer problems in a timely manner resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. Managed and maintained accounts.-Liaised between clients and company district offices. -Arranged and chaired regular conference calls with district offices to discuss status updates, contract reviews -Complete Roll-out presentations and present them to the district branches or customers.-Selling and maintaining contracts
