I am a Partner at Blank Rome with experience in all facets of real estate development and finance. Joint ventures are a significant part of my practice, in which I help to structure and navigate complex structures and transactions. I also advise clients across a range of property types, including:healthcare facilitieshospitalitycommercial shopping centers and mallsoffice buildingsdata centersresidential golf course communitiescondominium developmentsgas/convenience store locationsI advise client on pretty much all transaction real estate issues, including joint ventures, sales and acquisitions, financing, construction of major development projects, leasing. I am an elected Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. I am also a fellow and state chair of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and serve as a member of the Board of Governors. I am also a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer (since 1992).
