Serving as the Strategic Planning & Transformation Department Lead within Honda's North American indirect procurement function. Part of our team's responsibilities include budget and manpower management, performance reporting/KPI's, business planning, systems administration, procurement governance, business analytics, and organizational change management/marketing.

Responsible for the procurement of Capital Equipment and Construction Services at the Honda Anna Engine Plant, and Performance Management Center in Marysville, Ohio, including facilitation of the bid process (RFx events), contract negotition and supplier management for roughly $500M of spend.

Strategic Planning Group Team Manager in the Indirect Procurement divisions, responsible for leading our business planning and numerous other support functions, including budget control, department KCP's and reporting, internal ISO function, systems administration and facilitator of a North American procurement steering committee while leading a team of 3 associates. Within this role, I also served as the Large Project Leader (LPL) for Honda's annual indirect procurement supplier conference of 300+ attendees where I gained experience doing executive speech writing, coordinating all event details with a team of roughly 10 people and developing our annual supplier awards methodology.
