Record VO, ADR, ISDN. Mix and do editorial for TV shows, Restoration, International mixes, M&E mix, editorial, Deliverables per clients spec.

*Setting up the mix stages (patch all audio, video, recorders & set up console/console automation), sync all audio & picture source for mix, loading all show elements, editorial on stage, drive & session management.*Operate 35mm/electronic Projector(s) for mixing, printmasters, screenings.*Performing laybacks to Pro Tools & video decks. Conforming sessions.*Creating deliverables(DM&E, M&E, Mono M&E, DM&E), QC & QC fixes.*Interfaced daily with clients & machine room staff to resolve computer, application problems and helped maintain personnel repair and upgrade small computers.*Provide preventive scheduled back up & maintain stage elements, drives & operating systems(source & recorders).*Interacted with clients & helped with deliverables or anything needed in regards to audio post-production & insight to the post-production process.*Train personnel for Stage Recordist, co-created training documentation for machine room, stage terminology, work flow & equipment operation.

*Schedule stage time for satellite stage, putting together and completing client’s delivery elements.*Setting up the stage for mixes, preparing the mix console, loading all show elements, editorial on stage.*Sync all audio and picture source for mix, operate 35mm and electronic Projector(s) for mixing, printmasters, screenings, and streamers.*Backing up stage hard drives daily, transfers, laybacks and laydowns to ProTools and video decks.*Maintain/prepare daily stage log entries and labels.

*Loading stage elements and editorial, creating/mixing deliverables (M&E, DM&E), setting up stage equipment, and performing technical repairs.*Backing up all elements from the mix stage daily.*Transfer all audio formats for in house use and client deliverables. (35mm Mag, 2”-24trk, DASH 1/2" digital tape, DA-88, DATS, 1/4” Pro Tools, MMR8, Fairlight, AKAI DR8)

*Setting up the mix stage, assisting mixers, setting up recorders and source elements. Assisting editors in loading and preparing sessions.*Transferring shows according to delivery requirements. (35mm Mag, 2”-24trk, DASH 1/2" digital tape, DA-88, DATS, 1/4” Pro Tools, Fairlight)*Pre-stripping media for stages and transfer, inventory of in coming and out going shows. *Making cables and assisting the engineering/technical department.
