I learned about time management with caddying. Knowing how not to waste time and if time was being wasted, what could I be doing to be more efficient. I also gained to ability to build relationships with co-workers and guests. I am working on the course with my guest for over 4 hours at a time and it is my goal every time to assist them any way possible, but more importantly build a trusting relationship so that when they come back again, they remember me. I try to find out over the 4 hours, how can I make a lasting impact on them for the guest to remember me.

I am dealing with customer service and on multiple occasions I felt stressed and with that it became hard for me to communicate. Over time I learned how to control the situation and myself. With this position, there was a lot of downtime especially when the coronavirus began making an impact. I acquired the ability to make myself useful to all different departments of the company.
