Construction and contract management for wind turbine manufacturer. This included personnel, contract and change management; Coordination of large component turbine deliveries; assistance to EPC contractor with assembly, and commissioning; Management of inventory control/logistics, RFI’s, NCR’s and navigating all issues to completion.

Participate in pre-construction meetings.Visits to job sites to perform safety inspections of site conditions, equipment, tools and personnel compliance.Work with onsite foreman to insure safety compliance, address concerns and take corrective action as needed.Daily reporting on inspections.Manage site safety documentation.Conduct post-accident investigations.Ensure that work is completed safely and in accordance to local, state and federal regulations.

Provide QC/QA oversight of coating contractor’s preparations and remediation of protective coating systems. Monitor testing of protective coating systems. Verify required material and equipment certification documentation. Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities, non-conformances and acceptance of testing.Communicate daily with Project Manager about progress on the job as well as issues pertaining to the work, customer and crew.

Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed during the daily activities of the civil construction on a large scale wind, solar, transmission, battery storage project sites, to include roads and/or foundations. Specific duties: Ensures project work outputs comply with standards and meet contract requirements. Observes and inspects work performed by civil sub-contractors on site, ensuring building compliance as per drawings, specs and civil and safety codes. Inspect roads and foundations for quality, reports any variances of contract requirements. Inspect all concrete placements to ensure that proper concrete is supplied and placed according to project design and industry standard work practices. Inspect all excavations to ensure that the project and environmental requirements are followed. Inspect the placement of all rebar to ensure that project design and tolerances are followed. Inspect all backfill operations to ensure that the project requirements are followed. Inspect all materials and equipment supplied by subcontractor to ensure that it meets the project design and industry standard criteria. Ensures Safety requirements, Quality and Environmental procedures are met, completed and compiled in QA/QC for job books. Interface with subcontractors in a professional manner. Reports and documents variances in subcontractor performance to supervisor. Assists tracking deliverables on site. Complete and submit daily paperwork for site activities. Follow safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions.

Owner Representative to all outside companies applying coatings and finishes to product and making sure the customer's specifications were met.

Responsible for all fabrication, production and material movement required to build customized luxury yachts to customer expectations and lead times.

Promoted to position as a turn-around agent for the facility. Responsible for 240 person manufacturing plant and all aspects of plant operation including production, maintenance, quality, and materials. Managed and directed process improvements throughout all fabrication and assembly departments.
