I’m a creative technologist, moral imagineer, and systemic thinker and doer working at the intersection of science, art, technology, and our shared humanity. I’ve operationalised ethics in digital ecosystems, shaped public policy, and developed tools and frameworks that empower teams to build with care, trust, and intention. But I’m also an artist, storyteller, and provocateur, using mediums like hip hop, serious games, and participatory design to help people relate, think, feel, and act differently. Diverse RolesVariety Jun 2003 - Jul 2010While studying at TAFE and Uni I had plenty of interesting entrepreneurial and employment experiences. I created a mountain-bike clothing label pushiwhipped, that I failed at and learned some solid lessons. I had a crack at telemarketing and sales, then shaping surfboards for a while. Into hospitality as a barista, bartender and catering manager. Then working on a feature length investigative documentary and setting up a production label with some journalists I met at uni. Developed an interest in digital ethics, played with peer-to-peer data sharing systems and honed my interest and skills in imagineering positive social change. Several years of adventure that helped me develop various hard and soft skills that I still leverage today.

Bricklayer/Foreman/Project ManagerConstruction - Various Mar 1994 - Jan 2003I'm a builder at heart with an engineering mind and a creative streak. Much of the work ethic and attention to detail I have comes from my experience in construction. Initially working with my Uncle and Grandfather at Aerlic Developments and Sydney City Building and then moved to other roles across residential and commercial projects in the Sydney Metro area. My roles spanned general bricklaying work all the way through to many aspects of construction in; concreting, landscaping, tiling, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, demolition and excavation, steel fixing and formwork and more. In supervisory roles I was managing project resources and timelines while liaising with owners, project managers, tradesmen, engineers, architects and other project stakeholders.
