• Gathers functional requirements for the successful designing and development of various application design projects. • Organizes workshops and facilitates multiple meetings with a suite of stakeholders to gather requirements for target deliverables.• Reviews modifies, and creates technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of the reporting solution • Clarifies and prioritizes requirements by conducting brainstorming sessions with the stakeholders and SMEs • Consult on troubleshooting and defect resolution; this includes requesting resources, migration through environments, and ticket management.• Proactively communicate the status of enhancements, change requests, and defects, and manage change, defect, and enhancement request process and assignment of approved work.• Supports strategy and execution of testing and provides training on the new functionality as well as documentation including procedures and user guides for the entire business process improvement• Creates scripts for UAT and conducts the tests • Creates Process Flows, Workflows, and Process Maps to capture the functional requirements based on the project demands. • Creates User stories based on stakeholder requirements on JIRA.• Scrum Master• Facilitates the teams’ daily work including all the scheduled meetings.• Removes the obstacles or impediments faced by the teams in their work.• Mentors the team members to adopt a truly agile mindset, including ownership, self-management, and empowerment.• Creates a collaborative environment that allows the team and stakeholders to interact closely• Plans the team’s meetings like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective.• Provides timely updates to the IT PMO and Stakeholders by producing regular status reports and steering governance updates, including but not limited to velocity and business value.
