The Infrastructure Engineering team provides network engineering and operational support for network-based hardware and software. We designs, manages, and administers networks and systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, servers and storage. Our activities include assessment, design, implementation, configuration, documentation, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized procedures for systems. We are responsible for capacity planning, tuning, system monitoring, system performance and problem resolution across all aspects of the infrastructure.
