This saves the labour utilized for processing and quality of finished product  Reworked the entire warehousing system and brought in a fool proof traceability system in the warehousing Operations. Brought in mechanization in the Mill by introducing loading conveyors, forklifts etc. and reducing the labour force.  Visited other coffee growing areas and operations in countries like Indonesia (Oct-2010) and Vietnam (Oct-2011) as a part of learning and exchange of ideas. Managed quality lab under control and all arrival samples are processed and analyzed to confirm whether it matches the coffee Board specifications. Instrumental in winning the silver trophy, for Best Coffee Curing Mill in India for 2012 ,awarded by Coffee Board

 Performance based, nominated as an ISO Coordinator of the Management Representative and framed the Company’s quality policy, plans, procedures, work instructions etc.  Applauded by the management for conducting regular Internal Quality Audits leading the company to attain I.S.O 9002 Certification from “DET NORSKE VERITAS”, Netherlands. Streamlined the irrigation program of the coffee estate with available resources within the time constraint.  Trained in Coffee Tasting by Coffee Lab, Bangalore and adept in coffee quality & taste evaluation.  Introduced mechanization leading to reduction in labour costs.
