I maintained the quality of the products, improved design, met production and press deadlines as well as minimising overheads using technical support and systems software.Key Achievements:Achieved a 16% improvement in meeting press deadlines over the 12 month; Spearheaded the installation and adaption of new DTi Company working systems. Delivered a £78,000 pa reduction in production costs by utilising new and existing company systems.Reformed working practices to harmonise the production and studio teams. This further increasedproductivity through job diversity, identified by key skill analysis.

Key Achievements:Reduced press and production credits for the two years under my supervision by 22% in 2005 and a further 12% in 2006Reformed the electronic artwork process by enabling more artwork to be sent online greatly reducing the costs of the production processWorked closely with the Pre Press manager to roll out property wizard software which revolutionised the way estate agent clients use newspaper as an advertising media.
