This includes ultrapure water, trade wastewater and advanced industrial wastewater treatment.I was appointed as Proposals Manager of Ovivo Australia after identifying that business profitability would be dramatically improved through a clear alignment between customer expectations and project execution. My Primary Objective was to ensure a clear scope of project deliverables that is understood between the client and Ovivo. This was achieved by implementing the following strategies:• A Proposal Delivery Model that clearly identified BDM Roles and Responsibilities• Development of Sales Processes within an Integrated Management System covering Enquiry Management, Proposals Management, Contract Review and Acceptance and Project Handover.• Development of Procedures to compliment the Sales Processes including Enquiry Management and CRM, Bid / No Bid, Proposals Management, Estimation, Bid Risk, Bid Sign Off, Contract Review, Contract Sign Off, Contract Acceptance and Project Handover.Other goals and achievements whilst in this role include:• Responsible for development of procedures to compliment the sales process for incorporation into the IMS.• Successful implementation of IMS procedures in time for auditing for compliance with ISO9001 Quality Assurance.• Multiple tender specification reviews and estimating achieving low Bid Risk through scope clarity and clear T&C’s on select bids ranging from $0.5M - $5M.• Successful implementation of estimate review including contingency allowances appropriate to risk resulting in a defined 10% EBITARM on a project by project basis.• Lead management from Global leads using Global CRM, and local lead management using Local CRM.• Leadership development and mentoring of sales and technical staff.• Mentoring other staff on products, processes and past projects.

Ovivo is a specialist water and wastewater treatment company with expertise in process, mechanical and electrical design, and the supply, installation commissioning and operation of water treatment plants. This includes incoming and ultrapure water treatment, trade wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and advanced wastewater treatment.I was appointed as Regional Sales Manager after excelling at sales as a BDM and to address the need for larger or more technical sales to be carefully managed, estimated and supported. In this role I supported the sales process for potential across both Australia and New Zealand.Achievements whilst in this role include:• Achieved and exceeded budget of $10M in sales.• Successfully tendered for two (2) separate Poultry Wastewater Treatment Plants for Godrej Tyson on behalf of Ovivo India, with DAF and MBR technologies worth <$1.5M each.• Consultation works for Goodman Fielder at a site in Jakarta, providing GF with a report on optimisation and potential improvements on a Margarine Factory Wastewater Treatment Plant.• Provision of external training on Primary Treatment Technologies and Dewatering Technologies for the Australian Environmental Business Network (AEBN) at Sydney Waters Offices. • Provision of external training on Treatment Options for Trade Wastewater to Sydney Water and SA Water.• Leadership development and mentoring of sales and technical staff.• Mentoring other staff on products, processes and past projects.

Eimco Water Technologies is one of the most experienced companies in Australasia for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, from basic pre-treatment plants through secondary treatment to advanced water treatment for reuse using membrane technology. I was appointed as Business Development Manager after achieving surprising and unexpected sales in my previous role in Technical Sales Support. In recognition of my strong knowledge of Industrial waters, my role was develop business in this area.Achievements whilst in this role include:• Achieved and exceeded budget of $2M in sales.• Achieved and exceeded revised budget of $5M in sales.• Achieved $9.5M in sales.• Successfully tendered for two (2) Remediation Water Treatment Plants built for Thiess Services during remediation works on the Hunter River on behalf of BHP.• Conducted a site review of all Ingham’s Abattoirs and Further Processing Facilities to report on optimisation of their Wastewater Treatment Facilities.• Provision of external training on Primary Treatment Technologies and Dewatering Technologies for the Australian Environmental Business Network (AEBN) at Sydney Waters Offices. • Provision of external training on Treatment Options for Trade Wastewater to Sydney Water and SA Water.• Mentoring other staff on products, processes and past projects.

AJM Environmental Services was the most experienced Trade Wastewater and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Company in Australia. With over 500 local reference sites, the Directors of the company had over 50 years of industry experience between them and built the company from a small three man operation into a thriving company of >30 employees before its acquisition by Eimco Water Technologies in 2008.Applying for a position in 2003 as a Graduate Engineer, the directors took a chance with me and immediately started my trial by fire which was to last the duration of my employment. From graduate I quickly developed to Project Engineer, Commissioning Engineer and then Project Manager.
