Responsibilities were to provide process and contract support for the Subcontracts Department of CB&I, Power Division, with a current focus on interfacing official ASME NQA1 procedural documents to align with NRC regulation, corporate management, and the Standard Nuclear Quality Assurance Program. Also, I provide general contract support and process/procedure support to over 50 Subcontract employees as well as CB&I management support on numerous special projects. In addition to procedural and contract support, I provide financial insight for resolving complex forecasting / estimate at completion reports.

Mirant Aqcs Dickerson (Fossil) & Vogtle Nuclear Units 3 & 4 (Nuclear)

- Integrated cost, schedule, engineering and construction functions to forecast Estimate At Completion (EAC) for the Subcontracts group totaling $7 Hundred Million - Wrote, negotiated, and managed approximately $12 million in subcontracts on each project- Successfully negotitated a $70,000 cost savings for steel railroad ties- Cost analyst and interface representative for the Subcontracts group to Project Controls group
