Mathew Raymond has over 15 years of field experience in the construction industry, working in all phases of construction including executive management, project management, business development, estimating, project scheduling, and field supervision.In 2015 he joined the Haugland Energy team to focus on underground transmission and emerging markets in recognition of the emerging clean energy industry. Mr. Raymond’s offshore wind experience began with the first U.S. offshore wind turbines installed off the coast of Block Island and has since expanded into related ventures including port infrastructure development, transmission cable routing and installations, building tower teams for offshore electrical installations, and substation/converter station expansions.Mr. Raymond holds a Master Certificate in Government & Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University and a BA in Political Science (Pre-Law) from Coastal Carolina University.
