Part of a team supporting Kohl's Credit Contact Centers worldwide. Focus areas included administration and vendor management for telephony system along with Kohls Card support and vendor management. Working with direct reports as well as third party contractors, we supported a 24/7 operation as well as project team participation. In addition to the Credit division, we also supported telephony for the HR department and distribution centers by integrating with third-party solutions. Our team worked closely with other IT teams as well as vendors to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, design changes, and multiple projects intended to help improve the customer experience for both internal and external customers.

Responsible for building and configuring server hardware. Used skills to assemble and troubleshoot hardware and software. Assembled computers and configured using Ghost and manual configuration including but not limited to: RAID, Linux, security imaging systems, high-end graphical imaging systems, simulation controllers. This position was held during/immediately following my education in Computer Networking.

Responsible for coordinating delivery and installation of interior plantscapes, digital imaging and help desk, ordering supplies, and shipments from out of state. Supervise crew of technicians, operate boom and scissor lift.
