Develops and executes the Professional Satisfaction and Practice Sustainability (PS2) unit’s communications and marketing strategies. Leads omnichannel campaigns to increase user engagement with and reach of PS2’s information, products and services. Performed around the Chicagoland area as part of the Erasing the Distance (ETD) touring program and also facilitated post-show talkbacks between the cast and audience.
