With over eight years of automation, I have grown to become a passionate designer, builder, and innovator of automation systems that solve complex problems and improve efficiency and quality. I have developed and mastered machine design and business analysis with requirements analysis, working on new and different projects to keep stretching myself in academics and creativity. I am the founder of NGCRAT, established in 2024. I headed and guided several teams and projects, providing automation solutions in numerous sectors of the industry for various customers.In my last position with NGCRAT, I was responsible for all activities around automation systems, from conception and implementation to managerial aspects, including finance, operation, and strategy. This included working with the customer, supplier, and partner communities to establish their needs and expectations against which we would provide satisfying solutions. In addition, I tried to mentor and coach my staff in such a way that innovation would breed a culture of learning and strive for excellence. My work in that regard entailed a mixture of business analyses, requirement analyses, and financial analyses, providing assurance to project ideas with regard to feasibility, profitability, and quality.
