In my role, I was responsible for strategic planning, competitor & market trend analysis, & overseeing key functions such as hiring, training, staff management, sales, & service delivery. I managed employee & customer relationships, customer retention, & P&L. I crafted short- & long-term strategies to enhance team effectiveness & managed the complete recruitment process in both India & the US. In my role overseeing the complete recruitment process for R&D India, I served as the single point of contact for internal teams & external vendors, agencies, & partners regarding workforce requirements. I established recruitment policies, practices, & standard operating procedures, & partnered with hiring managers & senior leadership on workforce planning, recruitment strategy, & other talent-related initiatives. Within one year, I successfully hired over 80 permanent employees for the India office, reducing the cost per hire by 50% & the time to hire by 70%. I effectively reversed the Agency/Non-Agency hire ratio from 70/30 to 40/60, with a personal goal of achieving a 20/80 ratio. By improving the screening process, I increased the productive interview-to-hire ratio from 30% to 50%. I collaborated across business units to enhance internal referrals & increase the utilization of internal talent. Additionally, I established strong relationships with the India University/College relations team & recruitment/staffing agencies & visited various premium institutes across India for campus recruitment.

Leading a dynamic team of 3 recruiters, I provided continuous guidance, coaching, & support, driving high performance & achieving our recruitment goals. By implementing process improvements, I significantly reduced time-to-hire & enhanced overall efficiency. I actively participated in client calls with hiring managers to discuss job openings, responsibilities, required skills, technologies, travel requirements, team dynamics, & work environment, ensuring this critical information was effectively communicated to our recruiters to find the perfect match. Additionally, I ensured that we met & exceeded the daily, weekly, & monthly targets.

In my role overseeing the complete recruitment process for the India office, I developed & executed comprehensive sourcing plans, including screening, interviewing, selecting, offering, & hiring. I consistently met or exceeded the goals set by senior management & maintained detailed reports on all steps of the recruiting process, such as position, technology, turnaround time (TAT), offers, declines, & hires. Additionally, I managed a team of over 15 members, ensuring smooth & efficient operations throughout the recruitment cycle.
