Technical Experience & nature of work:1.Handling different NPI projects and dedicated upto achieving build & ramp up as per target.2.Plan and execute work allocation for our shift.3.To attend the internal Shop floor meeting and external coustomer meeting.4.Experince in trouble shooting of fixtures and semi-automation.5.Line bringup,setup and calibration all kind of ME station (fixtures & semi-auto).6.Responsible for Preventive maintenance of all machines in Line.7.Experience in Spare Parts Management.8.Prepare the report incase of any failures and breakdown in fixtures &semi-auto Machines.9.To understand customer requirements and improvise fixture through DOE (design of experiment)method.Key roles & achievements:1.Shift lead - Responsible to train my team to maintain Fixtures,downtime & retest maintanence & capable of providing all technical datas to achieve KPI.2.BOM management- Responsible to Create/Modify BOM with my counterpart for build line as well as for NPI line.3.ECN & ECR - Capable of following a proper tracker until ECR & ECN gets approved by the customer. NPI - Handled #4 different projects and driven team as well as equipments without any pushout, also responsible to provide tracker documents, NPI documents until project gets approved.4.PR & PO - Responsible to track & maintain PR,PO activities upto vendor acknowledgement. OSS - Responbile to handle OSS required for project & capable of providing a proper communication through mail as well as in onsite to avoid any breakdown.5.SAP maintanence-Responsible to maintain stock as per inventory audit requirement through SAP as well as manually by providing proper reports.Report preparation Daily & weekly sync review, Audit documents, NPI documents, Yield documents,LAD, Line qualification documents & other related documents for both customer review & internal review.6.Customer handling - Capable to communicate with customers, Overseas vendors, Leading site and CFT to solve critical issues t
