The MNO foundation is a platform for central works councils of multinational companies with the aim of promoting professional employee participation in the broadest sense. This by sharing mutual knowledge and exchanging experiences, but also by participating in public debate and influencing external parties.

The Board of Directors determines the direction of the Group's activities and ensures their implementation. Its mandate is to work with General Management to ensure smooth company operations in line with the opinions and recommendations of its specialized committees.

The Chairman provides direction and guidance to the KLM workers participation by coordination, stimulation and guidance. Represents the council towards the KLM Management Board and third parties (including in court proceedings). He is the prime spokesman for KLM works council. Chairs the meetings of the council and is responsible for the councils budget.

The VNC KLM Members Council is the parliament of the KLM-section (the largest section) within the union and determines with the board of the KLM section the policy of the union and votes on behalf of the members on CLA issues.
