As a postdoc, I am responsible for the technical coordination of the SYMBIOSES project involving eight co-workers. I develop and maintain software for high performance computing in Python, Fortran, and C. I am driving the project communication on a technical level, define APIs, and write the documentation.

Researchers at the Norwegian Polar Institute are obliged to publish their data. As data manager, I was part of a team that develops and maintains a platform to share data (data.npolar.no) and to support researchers in uploading and annotating data to that platform. My main responsibility was managing and modelling the data and communicating with the researchers.

I did maintenance, updates, and installation of software on the national Norwegian HPC clusters Stallo and Fram. I also co-developed sonar, a monitoring software for HPC clusters in Python. I was involved in first and second line user support.
