As an associate at FORTEM my responsibilities encompass the following areas:Analysis of sales data, market conditions, and customer behaviour to identify sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Development of sales strategies and reporting to management to inform decision-making and strategy development.Support in the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and sales growth.Collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of courses, training, and advisory services.Outreach sales via telephone, email, and networking meetings.Assistance in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

Market research and company analysis

As Company Integration Coordinator, I was a member of the team responsible for the integration of a newly acquired British Design Company. In my capacity, I was responsible for the day to day training of the local team within customer service and procurement in the UK office. In addition, I acted as liaison between the Danish HQ and the new UK subsidiary, within areas such as company culture, customer service policies and general daily operation.
