Agriculture became a passion at a young age and recognizing the importance of skill diversification gained through experience has driven me where I am today. Working for the family dairy farm led me to have a clear understanding of urgency and prioritizing tasks seen in high stress situations. Throughout my student years I gained this diversification by obtaining multiple positions working for local and out of state growers in pursuit of self education of their business and management practices.
