My primary responsibility consisted of moderating content for a well-known social media company while working with various cases and tasks as requested by the client. At the same time, I also use my market knowledge and insights to find ways to improve support for our client's user community. I collect, analyze, and use data to develop solutions to improve the overall user experience. Furthermore, I identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest ways to address them.

My old boss from Dagli'Brugsen took over the SPAR in the city, and asked me personally, after my efforts with him in Brugsen. I was again one of the people in charge of closing, and was given my own set of keys to the store. I was mainly responsible for stocking up and maintaining the store, as well as being available if there were any doubts or similar issues with the customers. I talked to a lot of customers on each shift and they were greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. I showed great flexibility by always lending a helping hand if someone needed to swap a shift here or there.

I showed great enthusiasm in the store and became the replacement for the boss and sous boss in the summer of 2021 when they took turns on vacation, and I took over their hours, as well as a greater range of responsibilities.
