    I am the Product Line Director for Enea's Linux product area. Our main responsibilities are: development, support and maintenance for Enea Linux -- a yocto based commercial Linux distribution for embedded applications and feature development within key technology areas important to Enea's customers. My organization consists of roughly 30-40 engineers, managers, scrum masters and project managers distributed over four teams in Kista, Sweden and Bucharest, Romania.

Line manager, staff management and responsible for product development within three areas; the hypervisor product line, platforms and Enea's Linux offering:Hypervisor: my team owned the development of the ENEA Hypervisor, as well as maintenance and second line support for our released hypervisor products. I managed the Hypervisor team, which was distributed over two sites (Kista, Sweden and Bucharest, Romania). We were 4-5 developers in Kista and 3-4 developers in Bucharest.Platforms: I was responsible for operational management of the ENEA platforms development which consisted of targeted solutions composed of multiple products from ENEAs product range, for example the Bare Metal Performance Tools platform and the Base Station Development platform. The platforms were developed as dedicated projects with participants from multiple product areas.Linux: I also held the responsibility for the start and early development of Enea's Linux offering. Initially it was based on adaptation, integration and verification of a third party distribution. After a short while we decided to create our own Linux distribution based on yocto. I was responsible for a team of developers working with development, support and maintenance of the ENEA Linux offering. The Linux team was located in Beijing, China and consisted of three to four team members.
