My four years so far at the LEGO Group has spoiled me with interesting R&D work in an ever changing, challenging and multicultural environment only few has the privilege to experience. Spearheading the development of additive manufacturing machinery towards genuine mass production with some of the best colleagues imaginable, verify the conclusion that I am in the right spot.My profile would be Chemical process engineering at heart(Master in chemical and technology engineer(from AU)), wherein I learned how to analyze process chains and scale up chemical processes, but after my masters my path took a turn. as an industrial Ph.D. in additive manufacturing lead me into another world of manufacturing engineering. Since then I have been driven to push the additive manufacturing towards genuine mass production trough machine and process optimization and what I mean with genuine additive manufacturing is that the general industry does not know what this means yet, so maturing suppliers is a big part of my daily work.My six-sigma green belt provides good insights into my passion for identifying issues in production equipment and production setups with the help of data analytics. I am passionate about making technologies work through physical understanding and the right data gathering setup. I work closely with academia to better understand what is yet to be discovered in the field to make the "impossible" possible.
