With 25 years of diverse experience, he has held senior positions in international NGOs, the Rwanda Revenue Authority, local businesses, and has provided advisory services to private clients and companies.Mathias successfully managed a project fund valued at €82.6 million, along with various grants from partners such as USAID, the EU, German Cooperation/GIZ, SIDA, CIDA, the Kingdom of Netherlands, UNICEF, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), World Vision, Save the Children International, Comic Relief, and Women for Women International. He is proficient in using softwares such as QuickBooks, SAP, WINPACCS, Onsite operation, Onsite Reporting and Sage Evolution.He has continually enhanced his skills through training in areas such as USAID Financial Management and Compliance, Rwandan Tax Laws, Organizational Capacity Assessment, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Asset Management, Grants Management, Budget Monitoring, project financial management and Procurement.
