CurrentPortfolio owner and solution architect for Normet's customer facing digital services portfolio including corporate website, customer portal and ecommerce.• Complete portfolio was built from scratch with modern technical architecture (MACH, Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), integrating with a handful of core back-office systems, and rolled-out on a global scale• Delivered projects / new digital services on an average every 4-6 months, focusing on “failing fast”• Responsible for collecting feedback from the field/customers and convert the findings into globally applicable requirements• I work closely with Normet Leadership Team, stakeholders, and ICT, bridging the gap between business and tech solutions
