Employed to establish the NGO MereNatur - a fundraiser, developing the Danish natural capital through funding MereNatur agricultural productions. I report to a board of external investors and advisors and confer with the Senior Consultants at Qeep A/S on a daily basis. Through crowdsourcing campaigns, MereNatur raises funds to convert conventional, organic and ecological agriculture into MereNatur - agricultural productions, with a long-term ongoing development of biodiversity, measured in natural capital. Some of my responsibilities and KPIs have been: Mapping out the deal-breaking value points for the main stakeholder industries - Agriculture, politics and the "green" NGO's. To: - Establish relations to gatekeeper organizations and personas. - Develop a agreeable groundwork for a regenerative agricultural certification and maintaining the ongoing dialogues. - Developing a corporate membership business plan for the fundraiser secretariat. - Creating the online set-up for driving national crowdsourcing campaigns for developing Denmark's natural capital. - Making MereNatur a unique project for the 2018 CSR portfolio.- Developing a pipeline of CSR prospects with agriculture as part of their production or value chain. - Establishing the first contact with the CSR departments.I have have been managing all operations with a tight budget and a devoted team. The CDC wants to kickstart the re-development of North End Detroit by developing entrepreneural businesses in a post-bankruptcy, broken Detroit neighborhood. The org. funds initial business loans and consults the start-ups as they grow. I Worked with Executive Director, Lisa Johannon, on how to run businesses as a org. This entailed:- Developing and qualifying transparent business plans for the start-ups - Developing a plan for the org. to monitor the businesses in their early state - Integrating Podio as organizational management tool for the business - Recruiting a org-based business "COO" to oversee the viability of the business operationsAs well as: - Qualifying Business Managers and teams- Qualifying and developing their business plans - Qualifying and developing their sales and marketing strategies - Developing plans for accessing new invisible and far-away-markets Two businesses made a turn-around and are still running today. One was closed down and turned into a new business that still runs today. Lisa is still the Executive Director. The COO is still in place. The org. received a Detroit Org. of The Year Award in 2015.

CePI is a non-profit org. working on establishing a better integration processes in the Copenhagen area. During my time as Chairman and Program Manager, I was in charge of creating the groundwork for CePI's transition from state-funded and voluntary org. to economically self-sustaining and semi-professional org. First and foremost this makeover entailed the development of a new visionary groundwork and mission development. Some of the pivotal transition points, were: - Enabling project crowdfunding - moving away from state-based project economy - Enabling CePI memberships - developing a sustainable operational economy- Initiating dialogues with Danish law firms as CSR collaborators - developing economic sustainability for the org.'s legal servicesAs well as:- Developing a new online strategy and identity - Developing new editorial - Developing an agile voluntary legal TaskForce - Developing the Mjølnerparken festival MiMI Some of the direct effects were: The set-up for ongoing economic flow, two employees in place, increased volunteer flow, upscale in project dimensions as well as yearly program execution. Did the transition succeed? - When I left the org. the groundwork for the transition was in place, however, my vision left with me. I still believe the org. is profoundly important. However, these days, it no longer run on my vision and ambition.
