Global responsibility for all Industries Sales & Project Management activities of MAN Energy Solutions SE, reporting to the Board Member in Charge of Sales & Aftersales. This responsibility is centralized world-wide with about 450 people reporting to Sales at 5 product center locations (Berlin, Oberhausen, Hamburg, Zürich, Bangalore) and at all regional centers & sales offices worldwide. MAN Energy Solutions is in the top 3 manufacturers in this field of activities. “Industries” serves customers active in oil & gas up-, mid- & downstream, chemical, metals, pulp & paper and industrial gases with turbomachinery solutions (compressors & turbines). Increasingly, we are supporting the energy transition to decarbonizing these sectors with carbon capture, energy storage and heat-pump solutions. My duties include heading the Industries sales & project management organization worldwide, with the strategic planning, human resource issues, budgeting, resources planning, controlling, business development, input to product management and marketing, input to the company's strategy. With the regional segment heads & my subsegment heads, I set targets, define objectives & deliver the business for the sales & project management activities world-wide organized in 4 regions.

From 2019, additionally directed the turbocharger business of MAN Energy Solutions (PBST brand) for marine customers. Activity centered in Augsburg, Germany.

Global responsibility for all Turbomachinery Sales & Contracts activities of MAN Diesel & Turbo including erection and commissioning. Member of the Board of Directors of MAN Diesel & Turbo Canada, Spain & Saudi Arabia.

Profit & loss responsibility for sales, systems engineering, contract management, erection and commissioning of compressor installation for the oil & gas industries at MAN Diesel & Turbo, reporting to the Head of the Business Unit Oil & Gas.
