Innovation topics such as urban development, digitization, and the mobility and energy transition are the focus of my projects. My focus is on managing transformation projects, advising, developing and qualifying individuals and teams, and building cross-departmental and cross-organizational networks. My consulting and coaching approach is characterized by a systemic, holistic and agile understanding. This allows me to empathically lead team members in the management of projects and to effectively and efficiently pursue and realize project goals.
