It was a few years ago when I came across Salesforce. Given my background in accounting and my passion for coding, it was an immediate match. After 2 months I was already holding 3 certifications (Admin, advanced admin, and platform builder - to really know the OOTB of SF and how to expand them). At this point, I also landed my first job with an SFDC AppExchange Partner, which gave me even more insight into how everything works. A few months later I also got the service cloud consultant, and the Platform Developer I certs. With those 5 certifications and wanting to grow even more, I was contacted by another SF Partner, a consultancy partner. At the moment, I was handling mostly basic stuff, and teaching clients how to use the partner app, see the switch was necessary if I wanted to grow.It didn't take long until I got the urge of dealing with more, and more, different use cases and industries, so I started taking a few side jobs for other companies. Eventually, I had already a well-established client base and was able to pursue my goal of helping companies to make the most out of their SF licences.Now, with over 2 years in the Salesforce Ohana, I'm starting my road to a business analyst certification to be able to bring even more value to the table.
