NHHS Consulting is a consultancy run by students at the Norwegian School of Economics. As Managing Director, I was in charge of the consultancy's daily operations, ensuring that we worked towards financial and strategic goals.› We increased engagement across all of our communication channels. › We achieved a record-breaking number in applicants, with an increase of 86% compared to previous years. › We received an average score of 9.75/10 in terms of employee prosperity.› We initiated a larger internal project with focus on professionalizing the company. This included a revision and change in our board structure, our instructions and our by-laws. This will hopefully lay a solid foundation for the company’s operations and development in the years ahead.› Awarded the distinctive Honorary Award due to exceptional efforts in the company over a longer period of time.

As Head of Corporate Relations, I was responsible for maintaining our relations with existing corporate partnes such as PwC, as well as developing new partnerships.› Arranged and led 11 company visits in Bergen and Oslo, covering key consulting skills like project management and case studies, enhancing student employability.

During my time as a student consultant in NHHS Consulting, I have taken part in 7 cross-industry projects, including industries such as energy, hospitality and health care.

Led a team of 15 full- and part-time employees in a store with a yearly turnover of 40 MNOK. My role included responsibilities such as onboarding, sales coaching and offboarding.› Contributed to an inclusive work environment which resulted in a notable eNPS of 93% in late 2021, the highest score across the company at the time.› Increased our NPS from 45% to 65% by analyzing customer feedback and implementing appropriate measures.NPS is short for Net Promoter Score, while eNPS refers to Employee Net Promoter Score. These are metrics for customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction respectively, and their scale goes from -100% to 100%. A score above 50% is considered to be excellent, and having a score above 90% is incredibly rare.

Engaged in multiple projects throughout my employement at Clas Ohlson, with a notable highlight being the one in Fauske municipality.
