CUSTOMER VALUE,INNOVATION,EFFECTIVENESS.The BIG question: How to maximise probability of success in Product (& Business) Development?With a strong passion for effectiveness in creating customer value and innovation, I have since 2007, put a lot of effort in digging into The Value Model - a holistic framework, collecting best practice in mindset, processes, tools and methods from Lean PD, 6 Sigma, Systems Engineering, Value Management, QFD, VoC etc. I found this to be the absolute best point to start, trying to answer the big question above. Since early 2014 I've worked for the company Value Model and its customers as an under consultant.I've developed a special interest for market analysis, Voice Of the Customer, and data analysis - crucial when answering the big question.Early 2018 I was offered an inspiring challenge at FiloProcess (http://filoprocess.se). I aim to contribute to taking the mission "Realizing the Value of Product Information" to a whole new level.
