The project targets IDPs and Persons affected by multiple crisis (floods, droughts, conflicts, displacement) with multi-purpose CVA transfers, as well as other disaster risk.

Activities included solarized irrigation systems based on boreholes, quinoa introduction and subsidised stockfeed.
