I am an experienced Biologist with an extensive background within Environmental science, Systematic biology and Botanical fieldwork (NiN, IUCN, etc.). I also have vast work experience in Mountaineering, Team Building, Project and Safety Management. I am an Educator within the fields of Biology and Outdoor Adventurism, and I also hold a level 2 SOFT Rope Access Technician certificate.Within the biology, I have been specializing within species knowledge and identification, systematics, fungal cultivation and in vitro growth, environmental science, and nature mapping and surveying. As a Biologist at NINA, I work daily with identification of fungi, fungal cultivation, laboratory operations, database usage, curation, picture/drawing production and the production of scientific texts. I'm involved in a long row of projects and have gained extensive knowledge on species, mapping of nature types and have great insight into biological contexts and general environmental science along with conservational biology.Ten years, working as a daily manager in the two tour companies have given me vast experience with project handling, employee training and company organization along with product development and economy.Having had the role as Headmaster on both a summer school and a school camp, I have acquired broad experience within employee handling, communication and cooperation.I have been responsible for the development of multiple websites along with the development of projects, courses and tours. I have experience with marketing, graphic design andmedia management.I have worked for ten years as a school camp teacher and mountain guide. As a guide, I have experience from the Norwegian mountains, New Zealand, Spain and Patagonia (Argentina). Work as a Rope Acces Technician has given me knowledge with onshore facade climbing and roof/building maintenance.
