I’m working as a consultant with mainly organisation and business developing. Taking the next step, preferably breaking boundaries are usually a part of the work. Making people want to go to work is key to business success and there for an important matter in business development. Adapting to new circumstances and the environment around you is important to keep your current market position and therefore an important part of my work as a consultant.

Developing the brand communication, strategic and execution mainly for our inhouse brands both through our own websites and for the brand itself. I was also responsible for our retail department consisting of five different stores, Woolrich, Under armour, New Era and our outlets. Developing the business, working with budgets, staff and operation.

I was working as a COO with a focus on developing and streamline the organisation. We worked hard to get all employees to truly join the Länna Sport journey, we managed to make people really wanting to go to work. It was obvious how that affected loyalty and working commitment. We worked a lot with adaptation and development of the business culture, vision, business model, how we switched to an omni channel solution and always increased the customer value.
