At Athlon in Sofia I oversee delivery of design and development, with responsibility for the end-to-end operation of the company. Over the years I have participated in the delivery of successful projects for clients such as Motorola, Zebra Technologies, Deutsche Bank, Investec, ADP etc. My role requires me to work pro-actively with analysis and strategy to meet demands of our clients and ensure a realistic utilisation of the team and of course allowing for a creative environment in which great solutions can come to life.During my time at Athlon I have become closely acquainted with varying management methodologies and I enjoy learning and employing new ways of working in the organisation.Athlon is an Experience Design and Technology company.
