Operations Specialist in the Sales Operations team at EcoOnline. The team is a part of the wider Revenue Operations. We aim to support our New Customer Sales - and Customer Success Sales team with process improvement in our Tech Stack. Main systems are Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Gainsight CS.
