Aarhus Symposium is Northern Europe's largest non-profit leadership conference, committed to connecting students, the leaders of tomorrow, with key decision-makers and leaders of today.As Steering Committee of Aarhus Symposium, I was responsible for the overall management and planning. This included recruiting the 40+ volunteer organisers, reporting to our professional board of directors, and stakeholder management towards our many partners.As Steering Committee I set the strategic goals of Aarhus Symposium and facilitated intergroup collaboration, which secured great planning of Aarhus Symposium.

The Essentials Group (EG) is responsible for all the essentials at Aarhus Symposium. This contains contact with various product partners for goodiebag and catering and creating new ideas for decorations. The primary responsibility of EG is to plan and execute the events Aarhus Symposium Focus and Aarhus Symposium Friday.EG consisted of 6 students whom I was responsible for. This included motivation, work structure, and overall coordination. Furthermore, I was responsible for aligning our work with the rest of the organising committee at Aarhus Symposium. As Head of Essentials Group, I was responsible for planning and executing Aarhus Symposium 2022. As a result, I was able to rethink work processes and workflows to secure a better experience for both organisers and participants.
