Working on bridging the gaps between customer requirements, product development and delivery with a constant aim to always improve by adopting different elicitation techniques whilst keeping a firm grip on quality. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of assignments and have thus gained experience from areas within - but not limited to - product and business development and strategies, requirements and risk analysis, quality and project management, system design, product compliance, manufacturing processes, procurement and logistics. I also have experience from working in various settings and organisations, ranging from "small national" to "large international" operations and with offshore development teams.I have a broad technical competence and interest with a keen eye for details and their place in the big picture and I am curious, development oriented and passionate about trouble-shooting, product user experiences (UX) and quality issues.I practice Lateral thinking, am a strong supporter of Cross-functional teams and have an unprejudiced approach.
