Through my career and education I have developed a broad set of skills both within product development and manufactoring process engineering. This enables me to look at a problem from both the point of view of a development engineer with the focus of delivering the best product possible but also from the manufactoring side with a focus of maintaining a consistent high quality output. My deep technical knowledge and analytical approach helps me achieve this by utilizing the skills and experiences I have picked up along the way, e.g. advanced statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), modelling, statistical process control. Yet I do not spend my entire day behind my PC since I have learned the value of visiting the production line and looking at/discussing at the problems where they occur.Lastly, my experience as a product development project manager has taught me the importance of having a motivated team if you are to achieve success!
