One of the project managers implementing Dynamics 365 in 25 sales companies around the world. My focus were mainly on inventory replenishment, automatic forecasting and BI reports.

Doing forecasting for 18 months to 10-year horizons using them as input in the capacity analysis of the different productions. Furthermore worked with the flow of goods (Replenishment) from the main distribution in Poland to our sales company warehouses around the world like the U.S., China, Japan etc.I led different kaizens, e.g. a problem-solving kaizen of why our US production had poor on-time delivery, Iventory kaizens for our sales subs in Japan, China and US.

This position was as the material planner in our European distribution centre which is the main distribution centre for Radiometer shipping products to end customers in Europe and to distribution hubs in the rest of the world. Besides making sure we had enough accessories and spare parts on hand, together with a colleague, I also managed all of our packaging materials for all of our shipments. Daily I participated in Radiometers operations daily management meeting informing about delivery and shipment issues.The above was about 50-60% of my time, the rest was used for developing useful excel tools for our operators and myself included. Furthermore, I had a key role in the project of moving our distribution centre from Denmark to Poland, collaborating closely with the project team members and my new polish colleagues. Together with the movement of the distribution, I also trained my polish colleagues to handle my tasks.

During my time as a production planner in Radiometers Mechanics and Glass department, I planned the daily production of components on 8 different turning/milling machines and 9 manual labour processes.I controlled the inventory with a kanban system while being in close contact with both my suppliers and customers. While being in this role, I minimized the stock errors by 50 % and stockouts for our customers by 85 %.
